Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SPX International. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at support@spxintl.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@spxintl.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@spxintl.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and include your proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
