Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping
SPX International ships to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. SPX International is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@spxintl.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee updates once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@spxintl.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our minimum order threshold, as displayed on our website and at checkout. Free shipping promotions may be subject to change and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
